As I write this, most all of you should have received your copy of THE BOOK OF JUSKO that you had purchased, with only the ones who have still not filled out their survey to give us your address and such (PLEASE do, if you have not!). We think you for your support!

Still need some surveys filled out

Hey, all. We are rapidly getting to the final of having all the books shipped out to you, the backers, BUT there are 97 of you who STILL have not filled out your survey. You HAVE to fill out your survey (this gives us your shipping address) and pay for the shipping costs. Without your help in completed these surveys, we CANNOT ship you your book to you. If you do not have a link to your survey, please let us know and we will send one to you. This is VERY important. We want you to receive your book. We just need your help in doing so. Thanks!
Shipping label updates!

Hello backers! We wanted to give you another shipping update! As the labels are being processed and you receive your tracking emails, you'll see two shipping fulfillment options.
Domestic shippers will get their emails from Stuart Ng, who is listed as the shipper. Stuart is our shipping manager, and he's one of the best in the business.
International shippers will see tracking from Pirate Ship as we are using their export service to create labels, and Stuart is handling the physical packaging.

Hello backers!
Thank you for your patience as we get to the good part of all Kickstarter campaigns, shipping rewards to you! We are so excited to get these books and cards in your hands!
We have locked all surveys completed through BackerKit (please reach out if you have lost your survey link so we can lock yours ASAP), and we are beginning shipping this week! As soon as we have tracking information, it will be sent your way!
A representative from Prana Direct Market Solutions who works with Joe will reach out to those of you who have declined cards or filed a dispute on your credit card for shipping charges to help resolve the situation. All shipping charges processed through BackerKit are listed under Joseph Pruett, the publisher of this book, so do not be alarmed if you see a charge with his name on it.
Please keep an eye out for these emails, as we are unable to ship your packages without payment for shipping and completion of the survey.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out, and we will respond as fast as possible.

Fulfillment is Happening!

Attention to all our wonderful and amazing backers, the books have officially reached the warehouse and are now heading to the fulfillment center!
You might not be able to see the books themselves just yet, but trust us… they’re in there. Seeing these pallets ready for the next step makes this all feel very real.
As the books move to the fulfillment center, our team is preparing the next steps on our side. We’re currently sitting at 80% of surveys completed, which is fantastic. Thank you to everyone who has already filled theirs out.
Starting tomorrow, March 10th, we’ll begin locking surveys, charging credit cards for shipping, printing labels, and preparing orders so these beautiful books can start heading your way.
If you haven’t filled out your survey yet (the one where you confirm your order and shipping) please check your email and get that completed as soon as possible. If you can’t find it, let us know and we’ll help you track it down or resend it.
The closer we get to 100%, the smoother and faster fulfillment will be for everyone.
We appreciate all of you and your continued support. We’ll be back soon with more updates as these books get closer to shipping.
